Assessment Method

Step 1 Identify:  An Axis consultant will work with your staff to identify how your modeling efforts are being managed, including at a minimum, discovering the answers to the following questions: Do you have standards & procedures?  What do they include?  Where do they reside?  Is the format consistent?  Who is responsible for maintaining them?  Are they being enforced?

Step 2 Analyze:  We will conduct a robust analysis of your modeling environment, including your strategy and current standards and procedures documents.  We assess their overall status, effectiveness and efficiency.

Step 3 Recommend:  The Assessment Findings will be used to develop recommendations for how to modify existing standards & procedures, if appropriate.  Additionally, we may suggest the development of materials that would enable you to create a more efficient and effective modeling environment.
